Job descriptionOversee kitchen operation on a daily basis. Ensure all safety and food handling guidlines are enforced. Create menus to follow with the NSLP Oversee stafing needs Report to area supervisor on a daily basis
Chef / Director needed for School food service program in the Lyndhurst, NJ area. Monday through Friday, full time, 5 paid PTO days. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!
School K through 12 experience required. Most posses management skills.
Must have knowledge and skills in :
- Computer / POS systems
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Gmail, Google sheets, and Docs.
