Job description

We are excited to offer competitive pay rates with additional weekend differentials for our Picker Packer positions :

  • 1st Shift Monday-Friday : $16.90, Saturday & Sunday : $17.90
  • 2nd Shift Mon-Fri : $16.90, Saturday & Sunday : $17.90
  • 3rd Shift Mon-Fri : $17.00, Saturday & Sunday : $18.00

Training Requirement :

  • Completion of a 3-day training program is mandatory.

    • Temp-to-Hire Requirements :

  • Complete 520 hours working at FN Logistics through Bluecrew.
  • Consistently meet performance and attendance requirements.

    • Stay updated by ensuring that your Bluecrew app notifications are turned on and check your in-app messages regularly.

    Job Overview for Returns Associate :

    The position involves inspecting returned items, assessing compliance standards, and making necessary repairs or adjustments. This is a vital role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are ready for resale or re-shipment.

    Working Hours :

  • Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
  • Saturday is mandatory, with overtime as needed from 6 AM to 4 PM.

    • Holiday Pay : Enjoy a pay increase during the holiday season along with an additional $1 / hour for weekend shifts.

    Pay Schedule :

  • Weekly payouts every Friday through direct deposit or Chime Paycard.
  • OnDemand Pay options are available.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Inspect returned items for compliance and quality issues.
  • Perform necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure products meet standards.
  • Collaborate with the receiving department to document discrepancies.
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Track and document all work completed accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about product statuses.

    • Candidates Must Have :

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot quality issues.
  • Independence in work and team collaboration skills.
  • Physical stamina for standing and handling items of various weights.
  • Commitment to maintaining high product quality and compliance.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends, especially during peak times.
  • Flexibility for a 6-day work week during busy seasons.

    • Workplace Regulations :

  • No cell phone or electronic device use on the warehouse floor—designated areas are available for breaks.
  • No food or drinks at workstations; water is permitted.
  • Wear clear bags and adhere to any dress codes outlined.
  • Headphones and earbuds are not allowed while working.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas—warehouse and parking lot are smoke-free.
  • Badges must be worn at all times after assignment begins.
