What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious behavior.

Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional presence at all times.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or maintenance needs according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must provide proof of high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
