Position Overview :

Our  Atlanta, Georgia office  is seeking an  experienced Trial Attorney  with a proven record of litigating  high-value commercial trucking accident cases . The ideal candidate will have  10+ years of trial experience , strong strategic litigation skills, and experience managing a  high-volume caseload  in a  corporate or large-firm environment . This position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing team dedicated to achieving justice for injury victims nationwide.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage complex personal injury cases involving commercial trucking accidents from intake through verdict.
• Oversee case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with legal staff and paralegals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Provide exceptional client communication and uphold the firm’s standards of excellence and integrity.
