Job Opportunity : Customer Service Associate

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. Your duties will include :

• Assisting customers with questions and recommendations
• Managing sales transactions at the assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Keeping the store well-stocked and recovering merchandise
• Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned
