About the Job
The University of Minnesota Department of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery welcomes applications for a full‑time Assistant / Associate / Professor on the academic or clinician track. The rank will be determined by qualification and career stage. Candidates who are appropriately advanced in their career will be considered for an existing endowed professorship.
Practice
This individual will join a busy clinical practice supported by an excellent audiology team, an NIH‑funded Otopathology laboratory and prominent basic science colleagues. Candidates will be expected to build a full‑time practice in neurotology, including collaboration with members of the Department of Neurosurgery through multidisciplinary outpatient clinics and operative time for the management of lateral skull base lesions. The individual will provide clinical services at the University of Minnesota Medical Center / M Health. Those with a strong commitment to developing a clinical research program are encouraged to apply.

The department is home to more than 40 physicians providing the highest quality patient care. Our physicians diagnose and treat a variety of ear, nose and throat problems and conduct research in specialized areas.

Pay and Benefits
Salary range : $320,000 – $589,490. Total salary is competitive with market and based on AAMC benchmarks. The role is dually employed by the University of Minnesota and University of Minnesota Physicians. Clinical salary aligns with clinical effort.
