Growth Product Manager

A company is looking for a Growth Product Manager (m / f / d).

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of growth and monetization topics, including onboarding funnels and product-led growth initiatives

Drive continuous experimentation across pricing, funnels, and activation to enhance revenue and user growth

Shape quarterly strategy and OKRs in collaboration with leadership and partner with various teams to ensure measurable impact

Required Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience, particularly with subscriptions and product-led growth

Proactive builder mentality with a hands-on approach to testing and learning

Experience in designing and running product experiments independently

Fluency with data and experimentation, including A / B testing and data analysis

Experience using AI tools and workflows to enhance product development
