Solutions Architect I

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect I.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with custom integration build-outs for large merchants

Research upstream APIs and systems, and create entity relationship diagrams (ERDs)

Project manage integrations alongside systems integrator partners and keep stakeholders informed

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Solutions, Sales Engineering)

3+ years of experience with integration development, APIs, or IPaaS systems

Experience in building complex code, preferably using JavaScript

Proven track record of driving cross-functional organizational alignment

Ecommerce and shipping / logistics experience is a plus
