Sales Development Representative (SDR)
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll focus on generating and nurturing leads, especially in the nursing workload and patient acuity sectors. Your tasks will include cold calling, following up on marketing campaigns, engaging with trade show attendees, and leveraging professional social media platforms like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand our Sales Process
- Learn and effectively use our Lead Management Process
- Create a Quarterly Business Plan
- Work closely with sales & marketing to generate, qualify, and cultivate leads
- Cold call and email prospects
- Follow-up on marketing campaigns and trade shows
- Generate leads from social media, blogs, posts, and articles
- Qualify inbound leads
- Track and document all activity in the CRM according to department guidelines
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
