Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing a central point of contact within the Service Department, efficiently coordinating communication and logistics between customers, service technicians, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining optimal scheduling and operational flow, akin to an air traffic controller for the company's service activities.
Essential Functions :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication that embodies exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls and appointments, managing the logistics of field operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between the sales team, operations, and invoicing departments to facilitate seamless business processes.
- Utilize expertise in company CRM to maintain and track service schedules and customer information.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of service work orders from initiation to completion, including follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with all company standards.
- Collaborate with sales to help maintain and grow client relationships, supporting company revenue and profit.
- Proactively communicate with clients via email and phone to foster ongoing engagement and address potential service opportunities.
