Position Summary :
We are looking for a Regional Product Manager (Brazil) who will play a key role in leading product-related projects, drive performance analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
In this role you will :
Provide product input, support registration, and propose improvements
Conduct competitor analysis and regional strategy planning
Coordinate project execution with Sales, Marketing, and other teams
Knowledge of the local language is a huge plus
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
Gathers data to come up with ideas for local-launch products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on
Analyzes market and competition data to curate products to match and surpass current industry standards
Defines the product vision, the product roadmap, and product positioning
Oversaw product marketing strategy
Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.
Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product
Balances the needs of the customers and limitations defined by stakeholders
Manages the local registration, as well as support the process
Manages the health and performance of the team by monitoring its members
Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on feedback
Oversees and suggests products throughout the product lifecycle.
Word closely with all related teams to ensure successful product launch.
Work closely with brand marketing, product development, QC / QC and related teams to align strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the FMCG industry.
Fluency in Portuguese required;
Knowledge and the understanding of the Brazil market is a strong plus;
Knowledge of Brazil Food regulation is required;
Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, web analytics, Google Ads).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Proven experience of product management
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
The base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical / dental / vision insurance, life insurance, PTO / FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
