Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time

Job Summary :

Arbor Care Centers - Ord is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Arbor Care Centers, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional rehabilitation and nursing services. Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes and concerns to the nursing team and physicians

Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and documentation

Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families

Requirements :

Current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska

0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply)

Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
