Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing member inquiries and maintaining professionalism
Document all interactions accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus
