Marketing Coordinator

The marketing coordinator supports the tactical implementation of marketing and communications initiatives that drive member acquisition retention and engagement. With strong communications skills and a keen attention to detail this position plays a key operational role in ASHPs data-driven marketing strategy through the collection analysis and reporting of member and customer insights. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with colleagues in the Office of Marketing & Communications to ensure integrated outreach strategies and efficient delivery across all channels and platforms

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to live in the Washington DC area and be present in the downtown Bethesda Maryland office as needed. At ASHP we consider skills experience and organizational needs in our compensation approach. The base salary for this position is $55000-$65000 and ASHP offers a comprehensive benefits plan. What Youll Be Doing

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns including list segmentation A / B testing scheduling and performance tracking.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Coordinate logistics for member surveys including respondent list management reminder emails and basic analytics.
• Provide hands-on support for data cleaning and preparation of survey results.
• Maintain marketing calendars track campaign milestones and compile post-campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content ensure accuracy and ensure campaigns reflect brand and messaging standards.
• Support broader marketing and communications initiatives including website updates content development and event promotions as needed.
• Perform other duties as needed.
