Project Manager / Estimator

A Steel Fabricator in the area is looking for someone with Structural Steel Fabrication experience. An ideal candidate will be experienced in Project Management or Estimating of commercial buildings, schools, office space, and Industrial custom projects from $10k - $3M.

Project Manager Duties :

• Developing accurate estimates / budgets for projects through the bid / negotiating phase.
• Assist in contract review / negotiations.
• Understanding the scope / contract requirements and the intended deliverables.
• Establish sequencing / schedules / milestones communicating such to company / client teams.
• Coordination of submittals / RFI's / PO's / Sub Contracts / Purchasing for project specific needs.
• Update weekly reports / logs to monitor schedules and job costs Review / Price changes in work negotiate with client.
• Develop / maintain / improve client relationships.

Skills and Requirements :

Compensation for this position is competitive with base salary from $75,000 to $95,000 with additional bonus potential.
