Position Overview

We’re seeking motivated, reliable, and professional Tax Preparers to join our remote team for the upcoming tax season.

You’ll work as an independent contractor managing your own clientele and charging your own prep fee amounts With 70 / 30 split meaning you keep 70% of every return you complete.

This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, self-driven, and ready to help clients while earning unlimited income based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual and small business tax returns
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, or video
• Review income statements, W-2s, 1099s, and other documents
• Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and company standards
• Maintain confidentiality of all client data
• Use company-provided tax software (training included)
• Acquire and manage your own client base (training and support provided)
• Attend team training and updates as needed
