Job descriptionBase Salary : $325,000 - $350,000 plus bonuses based on case volume. For example, handling approximately 17.5 cases per month can yield an additional $150,000 annually. Start Date : Immediate. Licensure : Active Georgia medical license required. Schedule : Monday to Friday, no weekends. On-Call Requirement : None. Patient Demographics : Primarily treating patients between the ages of 16 and 40. Provide specialized surgical care for patients with pelvic pain and endometriosis. Collaborate with a dedicated team that includes non-surgical pelvic pain specialists and integrative health coaches focused on endometriosis management. Perform non-robotic endometriosis surgeries. Engage with the community and help promote the practice through social media presence. Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS) or similar specialty. Active state medical license and DEA certification. 3 to 8 years of experience in gynecological surgery. Comfort with social media engagement to represent the practice. High earning potential through a combination of base salary and bonuses. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
