As a Peak-Time Teller, you will play a vital role at your branch, for both your teammates and UW Credit Union's members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs. Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Sun Prairie branch locationAchieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service PhilosophyMaintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and servicesEnsure all members requests are processed accurately and efficientlyAdhere to UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and proceduresResearch all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected membersIdentify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referralsConsistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectationsQualifications
What You'll Need to Succeed
High School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceDemonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgroundsExcellent interpersonal and professional skillsTeam player that can confidently jump in where and when you are neededAbility to work in an autonomous environmentNot ready to apply or not finding your dream job?
