About the role

We're looking for a hands-on video producer to help bring a high volume of podcast episodes to life each month, each with its own visual style, tone, and audience. You'll work closely with our Podcast Producer and CEO , handling in-studio shoots in Austin and post-production remotely

• Consistent, polished delivery of 7–8 podcast videos / month (approx. 30 minutes each).
• Tight collaboration with producer and CEO—minimal hand-holding required.
• Strong storytelling instincts —no fluff, just clean pacing, clarity, and visuals that hit.
