We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our growing team and drive new business development. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the B2B tech ecosystem (SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, CleanTech, EdTech, etc.)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
- Research and understand prospects' business challenges, PR needs, and competitive landscape
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for different tech verticals and company stages (startups to enterprises)
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and needs assessments with potential clients
- Present PRLab's integrated PR solutions, showcasing relevant case studies and success metrics
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals that align with client objectives and budgets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with our PR strategists to ensure seamless handoffs for new clients
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target tech companies
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout extended sales cycles
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional PR services
- Represent PRLab at industry conferences, networking events, and tech meetups
- Stay current on tech industry trends, funding rounds, and market developments
- Provide feedback on market needs and competitive landscape to inform service development
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns and content strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, marketing agencies, or tech sectorProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling to C-level executives and marketing leaders at tech companiesUnderstanding of the PR / marketing landscape and how it impacts business growthSkills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositionsStrong research and prospecting abilitiesConsultative selling approach with focus on understanding client needsCRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentPreferred Qualifications
