Join Our Team as a Certified Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Evolutions Treatment Center!

Are you a dedicated and certified professional with a passion for supporting individuals in their recovery from addiction? Evolutions Treatment Center is seeking Certified Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team at our outpatient center.

Position Overview : As a Certified Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will play a critical role in our outpatient center, providing direct care, support, and guidance to clients under the supervision of our clinical team. You will utilize your training and expertise to implement treatment plans, facilitate therapeutic activities, and promote a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and crisis intervention.
  • Facilitate activities focused on skill-building, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and document client progress, behaviors, and responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to address clients' needs and ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications :

  • Certified Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT) certification required.
  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a behavioral health or addiction treatment setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish boundaries with clients.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals in recovery.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
