Overview

Are you a heavy equipment operator looking for a change of pace? Do you want to take your skills to the next level? Milton CAT is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to join our Machine Technology Team and receive extensive training on Caterpillar's industry leading products.

As a member of this team, you will help our customers get the most out of their Caterpillar machines and the built-in construction technology. You will also enjoy the benefits of a more flexible schedule and a company vehicle. Responsibilities will include testing and tuning new machines, showcasing Caterpillar machine technology to customers and providing technical after-sales support.

Pay Range : $70k-$80k depending on experience. This is a salaried position. Company vehicle, computer and cell phone.

Responsibilities

Testing and tuning new machine performance.

• Teaching customers / operators how to use a machine's technology.
• Providing follow-up training upon customer request
• Presenting information to various size groups
• Occasional overnight travel
• Related duties as assigned
