Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively communicate with both potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

Policy Recommendations : Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend adjustments or additional policies.

Sales Targets : Achieve individual sales targets by promoting and selling various insurance products.

Follow-up : Conduct follow-ups with prospects to ensure closure of sales opportunities.

Market Research : Keep abreast of industry trends and new products to ensure that clients receive timely and relevant information.

Documentation : Ensure that all client interactions and transactions are properly documented in the agency's systems.

Continuous Improvement : Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Licensing : Valid Illinois Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Strong Communication Skills : Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
