Position Overview :

A 192-bed facility dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care. Our services include long-term care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, hospice, and palliative care. We also provide specialty services such as stroke recovery, memory care, bariatric care, wound care, and VitalStim therapy. WCNH follows a household model of care, fostering a home-like environment where residents experience more privacy, calm surroundings,

and meaningful connections with staff, family, and fellow residents.
