Job Summary The Apprentice Start is a bargaining unit position at our Mansfield, Pa facility which requires general knowledge and ability to perform basic construction related skills and utility skills such as, but not limited to, use of air and hand tools, equipment operation, pipefitting, meter reading, collections, MRSLIP, shut offs, vehicle safety, safe material handling, afterhours work and exposure to weather.
