Job descriptionWork in a hospital CT department performing computerized tomographic radiographs 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, 3 days per week Floating between departments and locations within 20 miles is required Use of Epic EMR is preferred Dosimeter badge must be worn; agency is responsible for providing and managing dose badges Must be knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures Responsible for reviewing exams for clinical appropriateness and prioritizing cases Effective communication of critical situations is necessary No local candidates will be considered; must live at least 50 miles from the facility Returning staff must wait at least one year before being eligible for traveler positions All required certifications must be valid at the time of consideration First day orientation includes compliance and workplace safety requirements Minimum 2 years of recent CT Tech experience required High school diploma or GED required Current BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI required ARRT certification and ARRT(CT) required NM state license required License required if applicable High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
