Onsite Training : Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST for 3 months. After training, this role is Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days working remote)
Must be willing to attend on-site meetings in Cheektowaga, NY, based on business needs.
Business Hours : 8am to 8pm EST (required to work two late nights per week)

Primary Responsibilities :
This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. Strong computer and software navigation skills are critical. You should also be strongly patient-focused and adaptable to changes.
