List of Duties :
Administration Assistance :
- Office phone management.
- Answer and monitor messages received. Communicate to staff any messages and return phone calls as needed.
- Help organize new logo and uniform coordination.
- Find suitable products, submit pricing for approval, and place orders as needed. Organize inventory.
- Each day, help to organize the electronic filing system.
Receipts of purchases into client files.
Set up client files for each project, establish sub files, and assist in record keeping.Helping to keep admin and password spreadsheets up to date.Assist in maintaining electronic calendars.Weekly Quickbooks management.Regular Office Administrative Duties.Project / Property Management Assistance :
Manage Inspection Reports.Client Correspondence.Help to set up annual maintenance forms on each property.Vendor Service Management.Growth in services.Design and Construction Assistance :
Assistance in placing orders for projects.Receipt tracking.Invoicing.Managing Client accounting files.Renovation Administration :
Permitting Assistance.Appointment Assistance and Selections Administration, taking notes and organizing into action plans.Tile Layouts and selections.Cabinet layouts and floor plans.Organizing Photography Sessions on projects.Instagram Management.Hours to be determined and Pay Scale to be determined.
