Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Directional Bore Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility for this position consists of installing fiber duct, conduit and cable using directional drilling, trenching and / or pulling equipment. Ancillary responsibilities include job-site safety, utility location, construction coordination, as well as equipment mobilization and maintenance. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and / or assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate directional drilling equipment to install underground utilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and job specifications to determine the best drilling approach.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on drilling equipment.
• Monitor and adjust drilling parameters to ensure accurate bore paths.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the drilling process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate job activities.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment usage.
