An established and respected commercial general contractor is looking for an Construction Assistant Project Manager who has ground up commercial construction project experience. Applicable project experience for this Assistant Project Manager could include a work history of healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid / high-rise or other diverse commercial background. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to develop into their own PM role and reach your career ambitions!

Qualifications for Assistant Project Manager (APM) :

• 3+ years of experience preferred as acting Assistant Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $20MM or more desirable
• Stable work history with relatable construction experience
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation or tenant improvement work will also be considered)
