Programming Director

We are searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Programming Sales Director to oversee all aspects of our club's programming.

The biggest emphasis in this role will be pushing revenue and sales for our summer camp, birthday parties and other revenue departments.

As the Programming Sales Director at Elite Sports Clubs, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising a wide range of programs and activities designed to promote physical activity, learning, and fun for children.

You will be involved in outreach to gain momentum in our programming and growing our registrations and program sizes.

You will lead a team of dedicated staff members to create memorable experiences and foster a sense of community among our broad array of members.   Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive children's and adult programming strategy, including classes, camps, workshops, and special events, tailored to the needs and interests of children and adults of all ages.
• Drive sales and revenue in all programming.- Summer camp being the biggest initiative.  Collaborate with department managers and staff members to design and execute high-quality programs that promote physical fitness, skill development, creativity, and social interaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise children's program instructors and staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellence in program delivery.
• Create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols and promoting positive behavior and cooperation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage program budgets, expenses, and revenue goals, seeking opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability while delivering exceptional value to members.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to programming, incorporating new ideas and innovations into program offerings as appropriate.
