What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical advisor and strategic partner to customers and prospects.
• Lead complex demonstrations of our AI solutions, highlighting real‑world value and scalability.
• Partner with Sales to qualify new prospects and support customers implementing AI‑driven healthcare solutions.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research to influence platform development.
• Create educational tools and documentation that empower both internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone with 5+ years of experience in customer‑facing technical roles , including 2+ years in pre‑sales or solutions engineering . You should be comfortable advising customers, mapping business needs to technical solutions, and supporting complex integrations.

Bonus points for experience with voice AI, VAPI technologies, healthcare data formats (FHIR, HL7), or hospital operations , and previous experience at a high‑growth AI or healthcare technology company .
