• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Travel experience required
• Must be able to scrub independently and proficiently
• Active ARRT or CCI certification required
• Structural heart experience strongly desired
• EP experience desired
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Must be willing to take call assignments
• On-call schedule : every 3rd evening / week and every 3rd weekend from 7 : 00 PM Friday through 7 : 00 AM Monday
• Must be willing to float across all Des Moines campuses to like units
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
• Limited time-off requests between 11 / 26 / 25-11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25-1 / 2 / 26
• Contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in patient care provision
• Work as part of interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Apply nursing process in patient care management
