Description

The Home Health RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education / experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position : RN Visit Nurse for Home Health

RN Wage Range : $85,000-$87,000 annually, depending on experience

Service Area : Northwest Metro (coverage area : Buffalo, Champlin, Loretto, Anoka, Osseo, Rogers, Elk River, Rogers, Ramsey, Maple Grove, Zimmerman, Albertville, Bethel & surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of .70 cents per mile.

Schedule : Full-Time 1.0 FTE / Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (with rotation every 6th weekend)
