Full-stack Product Engineer

Laude Institute is a nonprofit research organization built by and for computer scientists who ship.We back impact-driven researchers turning breakthrough ideas into open-weight models, open-source infrastructure, and real-world tools. About the role

You'll join our Engineering team as a Member of Technical Staff with the speciality of Full Stack Product Engineer. You will work closely with our founders to build out products zero-to-one, make foundational technical design decisions, and own a large engineering scope. We're looking for someone who loves delivering great user experiences through elegant technical solutions.

In this role, youll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, front- and back-end engineers, and ML experts to architect and implement complex features, and drive best practices across the team. You will work with technologies including TypeScript, React, Postgres SQL, and more to deliver scalable and robust solutions.

Your first projects :

• Build an advanced system for aggregating, analyzing, presenting, and maintaining data about impactful research (e.g., open source projects, companies founded, papers published, etc.)
• Implement engaging web applications for collaborations with researchers at top universities (e.g., Terminal Bench , K Prize ).
