Holz Motors, One of Wisconsin’s largest Chevrolet dealership, is looking for a highly outgoing, energetic, and dependable Service Drive Coordinator to join our fast-paced Service Department. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience from the moment they arrive. Must be able to work from 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do :

Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and a positive attitude

Confirm appointments and gather key information about their visit

Move customer vehicles in and around the lot and service areas safely and carefully

Install protective coverings and document vehicle condition

Deliver repair orders and keys to the appropriate team members

Coordinate and maintain Holz Motors’ rental vehicle fleet, including inspections, cleaning, photos, and documentation

Perform cashiering duties and process payments when needed

Scan, file, and maintain repair order documentation

Retrieve vehicles for customers and thank them for their business

Assist in keeping the service drive clean, safe, and organized

Follow all safety and security procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For : -

Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus

Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to be on feet most of the day

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Computer and internet proficiency
