About the Opportunity
The College of Arts, Media and Design at Northeastern University seeks applicants to teach in-person undergraduate courses in Art + Design at the Oakland campus in Oakland, California for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester. Adjunct Faculty will hold office hours as appropriate.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have an MFA or equivalent terminal degree and at least two years of successful college teaching experience. Art, media arts, and design candidates should have active careers with current exhibition, publication, or creative practice and course-related experience. Candidates must be able to effectively engage Northeastern students at course-relevant levels of study, whether beginning, intermediate, or advanced.

Pay Range
The per credit rate starts at $2,387.03 per credit hour.
