Physical Therapist- PT Home Health, Cheraw, SC
They are open to training in HH if they are willing to do 26 weeks
13 weeks
M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
On call info : On call required if requested
Travel Area : Chesterfield / Marlboro Counties
Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours
Productivity Units : 30 units
Qualifications : HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
Skills
Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
Previous home care experience - Preferred
HCHB EMR preferred
Education
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
