As a Sales Manager on our Scouting team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forging relationships, and representing our brand with passion and integrity. You must have a relentless desire to win!

Our Trails-End platform simplifies and amplifies fundraising efforts, enabling Scouting America to achieve their goals and focus on what matters most. We're a team of driven and action-oriented individuals who are passionate about empowering youth to achieve their dreams.

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Travel Requirements : Seasonal based travel to council locations by regional need. Roughly 10% or less of travel based on sales cycle.

HOW WILL YOU HELP US GROW?

• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Leverage our relationships and internal tools in any way possible to drive growth.
• Sales Presentation : Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our technology and products effectively and provide your councils with pertinent information.
• Sales Reporting : Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for your Sales Leader as needed.
• Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to Scouting requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding the highest ethical standards.
