Alliance Graphics is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Associate to join our fast-paced, mission-driven print shop. This position supports our sales team and general operations by providing outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining efficient office systems. The role involves tracking and communicating with internal teams, external vendors, and customers throughout the entire lifecycle of orders.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage complex, multi-step workflows from intake to completion. They excel both independently and as part of a team, thriving in a collaborative and dynamic environment. At Alliance Graphics, your work directly contributes to producing high-quality materials for social justice, community organizations, and union campaigns, making a tangible impact in the causes we support.

Position : Full Time on site

Salary :   Commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Support

• Assist Sales Team with quotes, order entry, and customer follow-up.
• Convert approved quotes to orders and confirm all fulfillment details with customers.
• Generate and track purchase orders to external vendors, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm product availability and delivery timelines.
• Support customers from order intake through completion with professionalism and care.
