Inside Sales Coordinator
The Inside Sales Coordinator I acts as the primary contact for inputting client orders into the company database to be used by production. The essential duties outlined below may vary based on location or brand.
Key responsibilities :
- Accurately inputting customer orders, including material types, quantities, exposures, services, and customer information, into the companys database.
- Processing incoming orders, handed off from Client Services Representative, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
- Checking product availability, and allocating of Linetec Managed Inventory when applicable, ensuring orders can be completed promptly.
- Verifying pricing and applying any applicable discounts to orders.
- Maintaining detailed and organized records of all orders and related transactions.
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the order processing cycle.
Communication :
Communicating with internal teams (Client Services Representatives, Receiving, and Scheduling) to resolve order-related issues.Collaborating with other departments, such as production, Scheduling, and receiving to ensure smooth order processing.Experience & skills :
Education :
High School Diploma, required.Associate degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.Experience :
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.Proficient with order entry processes and software, preferred.Required Skills :
Fast, accurate data entry skills.Time management, organization, and planning.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong math skills are required for price reconciliation and calculating exposures.Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making.Experience with Microsoft Office.Regular / dependable attendance.Flexibility of work hours, including overtime.Occasional travel may be required.Our Benefits :
