Primary Location - Anchorage Full Time Hours : Flexible schedule : 4x10 Employed Average Patients seen : 20% clinical / 80% administrative Call Schedule : No Call Sign-On Bonus : $25000 Compensation : Base salary of $300,000+ Benefits : Excellent package includes generous PTO (eight weeks a year), two health insurance options for employees and children, employer-paid life insurance / AD&D, and a 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and up to 5% employer match (Roth and after-tax options are also available in addition to pre-tax contributions). Additional Info : Initial requirements include a medical degree from an accredited medical school and being Board-certified or Board-eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.You have or are willing to obtain an unrestricted Alaska Medical License and a Current DEA certificate.Responsibilities include the following : - Work in an outpatient setting and perform psychiatric assessments for new patients and provide continuity of care for existing patients. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record, working within organizational policy and procedure and quality assurance standards. Time is given daily for review of labs, renewal of medications, and conferencing with colleagues. - Be a part of a collaborative team of medical professionals in a work environment that includes primary care and psychotherapy providers.
