About the Role
The Retail Operations Associate will play a key role in managing the retail partnerships pipeline , ensuring a seamless onboarding process and strong early performance of new merchants joining the platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams - including operations, product, catalog management, growth, and marketing - to define launch strategies, ensure accurate store setup, and deliver an exceptional merchant experience from day one.
You'll design and implement scalable operational solutions that accelerate onboarding, reduce time-to-launch, and maintain the highest quality standards. Following launch, you'll monitor merchant performance during the first 90 days , tracking key metrics, identifying issues, and driving improvements to boost engagement and growth.

Qualifications
Required :
- 1 3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or business development (preferably in retail, marketplace, or e-commerce environments ).
- Experience managing merchant or partner onboarding processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to track metrics and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Sigma , Excel / Sheets, and dashboards for performance monitoring.
Preferred :
SQL proficiency or experience working with data analytics tools.Background in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment .Relevant Backgrounds
