As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, assisting guests, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, signing in visitors, and managing visitor logs as required.

Assist in the implementation of security-related protocols for the site, including responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Communicate professionally with building management, staff, and external vendors as needed to support security-related operations.

Support emergency response activities, following established protocols and procedures.

Help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

Maintain accurate records and prepare incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

A valid guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
