Job description

Overview : Join our dedicated team as a CT Technologist . In this role, you will perform computerized tomographic radiographs in accordance with established practices and procedures. You will review exams for clinical appropriateness and prioritize them effectively, all while communicating critical situations clearly.

Qualifications :

  • ARRT certification is required.
  • New Mexico Computed Tomography License (NMCT) or NM Computed Tomography Provisional License (NMPCT) is required.
  • Current BLS certification is necessary.

    • Education :

  • Associate Degree is essential.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Utilize clinical reasoning and critical thinking in managing imaging processes.
  • Advocate for patients’ concerns and help navigate clinical challenges.
  • Create a supportive environment that promotes patient comfort and healing.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient exam flow.
  • Manage resources to meet patient needs while ensuring quality care.
  • Provide holistic care that respects cultural and individual differences.
  • Facilitate patient learning and contribute to the professional growth of colleagues.
  • Adhere to high standards of practice and validate patient safety procedures.
  • Model CARES behaviors and support departmental and organizational goals.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and maintain competency in associated duties.

    Compensation : The maximum offer for this position is up to USD $41.39 / Hr. Please note that the compensation range takes into account various factors such as experience, internal equity, and organizational needs.
