Job descriptionDefine and communicate a clear, forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with company growth goals. Identify emerging digital and automation trends relevant to food manufacturing and evaluate their impact. Drive innovation through data-driven, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience. Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP implementation strategy to be completed within 9 12 months. Act as the executive sponsor for the company s ERP implementation, from planning through go-live. Partner cross-functionally to ensure process redesign, data integrity, and system integration across all business units. Establish governance structures, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead change management and end-user adoption across all levels of the organization. Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team across Infrastructure, Applications, and BI. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on aligning technology investments with growth and efficiency. Partner with R&D to explore technologies that enhance product quality, traceability, and safety. Evaluate automation, AI, and analytics solutions to improve forecasting and decision-making. Oversee cybersecurity, ensuring protection of company data and intellectual property. Implement and enforce strong data governance and compliance practices. Lead technology initiatives that streamline manufacturing, optimize supply chain management, and reduce costs. Champion IT as a key enabler of business agility and operational excellence. Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators. Oversee IT budgets, ensuring responsible resource allocation and ROI delivery. Education : Bachelor s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred). Experience : 10+ years in IT leadership within food manufacturing or consumer goods industries. Proven track record of leading ERP transformations and driving digital modernization. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Experience in a Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AD, O365, InTune, Power BI) highly desirable; exposure to IFS ERP is a plus. Strong communicator and influencer who can collaborate effectively at all levels. Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain top-performing teams.
