Retirement Consultant

We are excited to bring on a Retirement Consultant within Retirement Plan Services to join the national team in either Atlanta GA, St. Louis MO, or Minneapolis MN. In this role, you will deliver retirement planning, education, and world-class service to complex retirement plan sponsors and participants. This includes growing plan participation, increasing average deferral rates, asset gathering, and servicing of employees. You will play a vital role in the growth, retention, and overall satisfaction of clients that you are tasked with servicing. Our goal is enabling our clients to achieve the retirement they envision.

Conduct in-person and / or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsor / Participants to achieve assigned goals and metrics.

Meet or exceed established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance leading to better participant outcomes and increased revenue & market share with assigned Plan Sponsor / Participant book of business.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing / targeted Plan Sponsor / Participants including targeted market segments, how they operate, and / or value proposition.

Support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services and cross partner with appropriate internal stakeholders.

You will support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goal.

Must-haves :

• 1 - 3+ Years' experience in Retirement Plans that aligns with the specific responsibilities
• Lives in Atlanta, St. Louis or Minneapolis area with the ability to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally
• 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
• FINRA SIE, S6, and S63 within 90 days of hire (pre-registration preferred)
• Life & Health within 90 days of hire (pre-licensed preferred)
• Passion for retirement readiness
