Our focus is on smart growth, high efficiency, and delivering a trusted experience to customers and partners worldwide, and we are looking for a Business Manager in our Executive Office to help achieve our mission.

Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a Business Manager you will lead people-focused programs in our datacenter workforce while partnering with leadership, Employee Network Group's, and Human Resources to drive continuous improvement. This role also manages budget planning, headcount, and financial tracking to align resources with priorities and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Drive the rhythm of business for leadership team members across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to the corporate framework and increasing program visibility through leadership forums.
• Partner with the Leadership Team, Chief of Staff, and business partners to identify priorities and leverage people programssuch as learning, morale events, and communicationsto achieve desired outcomes.
• Act as a strategist and thought partner to Employee Network Groups (ENGs), supporting events, OKR development, and cross-organizational connectivity.
• Monitor and analyze employee sentiment through surveys and listening systems, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage, execute, and scale people programs within Datacenter Operations, leveraging proven frameworks while addressing localized needs.
• Provide oversight for budget planning, headcount, and financial tracking, aligning resources with strategic priorities to streamline operations and ensure predictable execution.

Business Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
