The Delia Group—one of Southeast Michigan’s most trusted and rapidly growing real estate teams—is looking for a driven, high-energy Phone Sales Representative to turn inbound leads into booked appointments for our top-performing agents. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in starting clients on their path to buying or selling a home.

Compensation :

  • Expected First-Year Earnings : $80,000+

Compensation :

$80,000+ Expected First Year Earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to new inbound leads quickly and professionally—within 2 minutes or less
  • Make 100+ outbound contact attempts daily via phone, text, email, and other platforms
  • Conduct at least 20 two-way conversations per day to qualify leads and uncover needs
  • Set a minimum of 15 qualified appointments weekly for our buyer and listing agents
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM, tracking status, notes, and appointments
  • Engage in daily team huddles, sales roleplays, and performance coaching
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, staying aligned with our brand values and standards
