Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts from November 3-December 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Florence, AL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this position. Shifts needed are November 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, & 20 and December 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 18, 22, 23, & 30.
